3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form accessible through the hgo99 Platform. You will be required to provide the following information: full legal name (matching your government-issued ID), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address in Indonesia, preferred username, and secure password. You must also select your preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR recommended for Indonesian residents) and agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming commitments.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a verification email and/or SMS containing a unique confirmation code. You must complete email and phone verification before you can make deposits or place wagers. Each User is permitted only one (1) Account. 4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Approved Deposit Methods

Excessive withdrawal requests (more than 3 withdrawals within a 24-hour period) may incur administrative fees at hgo99's discretion to cover transaction processing costs.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All Users must engage in fair play and comply with the spirit of recreational gaming. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Cheating, fraud, collusion with other players, or use of automated software (bots, scripts, macros) to gain unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of system errors, bugs, or glitches to obtain unintended benefits. Users who discover errors must report them immediately to Customer Support rather than exploit them.
• Chip dumping, transferring funds between Accounts, or engaging in any form of money laundering or terrorist financing.

• Creating multiple Accounts to abuse bonuses, evade restrictions, or engage in prohibited activities.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to hgo99's systems, databases, or source code.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location or circumvent geo-restrictions (hgo99 services are intended exclusively for users physically located in Indonesia).

Any User found to have engaged in prohibited activities will face immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all Account balances and pending withdrawals, and potential reporting to Indonesian authorities for criminal conduct (fraud, money laundering). hgo99's decision in such matters is final and binding.

6.2 Game Integrity and RTP

All games offered on hgo99, including slots, live casino, table games, togel draws, and sabung ayam matches, operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live streaming technology to ensure fairness and unpredictability. Slot games display their Return to Player (RTP) percentages in the game information panel, typically ranging from 92% to 98%. 10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

11. Account Closure and Termination

In the event of Account closure due to Terms violations, hgo99 may withhold Account balances and withdraw any pending withdrawals. 12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to hgo99's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
